Other presidents also shared in these views. Here's what James Madison thought of Pluto in Cap,
"History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and its issuance."
Who controls the purse strings, controls the country. Then's there's the Dark Horse candidate, whom nobody expected to be president, coming to the office with his own ideas;"

Another president not afraid to challenge Madison's money changers was Theodore Roosevelt. By his time, in the days prior to the Federal Reserve (1913) the system had a name and a face which Roosevelt was not afraid of identifying.
"These International bankers and Rockefeller-Standard Oil interests control the majority of newspapers... to club into submission or drive out of public office officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible government."
We have seen evidence of this 'invisible government' or 'secretive government' before.
Mythologically, Pluto was said to wear the cap of invisibility. Pluto in Capricorn: the secret (Pluto), invisble (Pluto) government (Cap). These presidents fall in line with those we looked at last week, and over the previous weeks, who didn't think much of the bankers or their policies. If you don't like how your money is being used and abused, you're in good presidential company.
As 2008 unfolds, the spirit of King George III will return as governmental controls are enforced. The laws put into place by 9/11 under the jurisdiction of homeland security will begin to be implemented in a much stricter fashion. If history is about to repeat, and the astrology suggests that it will, we are about to see another financial panic caused by those manipulating the interest rate in this country, stripping civil liberties (Libra) while demanding an oppressive tax burden. Because of the World Wide Web however, information will come out sooner than usual about how the common public is being fleeced, causing them to seriously consider whether or not we should call upon an old solution which successfully ferets out the root of the problem; a new revolution.
