On Sunday evening, September 6th at 5:45 PM EDT, Nantucket TV will begin to offer the WEBDailies to the local public. While these are the same series as has been made available on YouTube, they have been dressed up and made to look more professional. As an official resident of Nantucket, complete with driver’s license, mailing address and PO Box (712), we have a new orientation (a word that derives from aligning oneself with the East) and are good to go.
For years now I have been tracking my own Astro*Carto*Graphy lines while driving back and forth across the country. Pluto on the MC through Texas has been both intense and costly. Either I make chunks of money or get charged the same. The Leo Moon on the MC through Boulder made for popularity with the local community. Our nocturnal Star*Myths series was a hit. Neptune off the local Ascendant in California (the line actually runs a few degrees west of Santa Cruz, through the Pacific like a good Lord of the Sea should) helped me to disappear, dropping cell phone signals and providing a writer’s solitude while there. It was great for doing research while composing the book. Mars on an angle through New England helped me identify with the native soil, while banging nails and working on other noisy and personally demanding construction related projects.

Love that dirty water . . .
Nantucket is the only place in the nation where I have zero degrees of Sagittarius rising, and the media connections have been working well. The island projects out into the ocean far enough to make the switch from the late Scorpio degrees through New England. I am relearning video editing (the software has changed considerably over the years) and collecting footage wherever I go, focusing more recently on Nantucket and the megalithic stone structures that permeate the Northeast.
In these uncertain days it aids us to have an understanding of the celestial currents, and to have a star to help guide us through these dark nights.
The times they are a’changin’.
